• General Caregiving / Companion Care services.  Everything but medical! Up to 24/7 care.  2 hour minimum per visit.   (negotiable for Well Checks)
• Accompany you on out-of-home appointments and events.  Assist you to connect with online appointments. 
• Doctor's orders.  Take notes for you and/or share with your designee.
• Exercise and Physical Therapy.  We can help you get those walks in, or whatever exercise your doctors are recommending.
• Cooking and Meal Prep.  We will cook healthy meals you will love for you daily and/or prepare meals for you to heat up on your own.  
• Light housekeeping & home management.  A clean and organized home adds to safety and quality of life.
• Shopping help: Groceries, Personal and Pet supplies. Online or storefront.
• General help with technology in your home.
• Alzheimers/Dementia in-home care.
• Help manage other service providers like landscapers, handyman, painters, trash service, oxygen delivery, etc...
• Medication reminder assistance.  We can load medication dispensers per doctors orders or notify you in person.
• Advocate for our clients well-being if they are in the hospital or a care facility.  
• Pets vet appointments.

Post Surgery or Rehab Care  

• Advocate for you and ensure your getting the attention and medical care you need.
• Pick up your medications and/or medical supplies.
• Getting you home and into bed or your favorite recliner after a procedure.  Get you into the house, ensure you have liquids and food available, required medication+++ d
• Take you to check-ups and follow up appointments. 
• Bandage changes.   
• Physical Therapy appointments and assist with in-home therapy exercise and activity.  

Safety

• Experienced trained fully vetted caregivers with background checks.
• Apple watch setup and support.  You can call or message for help and these devices have fall detection capability to notify someone if you fall. 
• Regularly test 3rd party medical alert systems.
• Help setting up and maintaining Bluetooth enabled devices like hearing aids, door locks and outdoor video security systems.

Flat hourly rates for in-home Companion Care starting at $30/hr.  The rate really depends on the level or care that is needed so we match you up with someone who can support your needs.

Specialized non-medical services can be negotiated.  No ask is too big.  We can help you check off those bucket lists.

Veterans receive 2 free hours when you start with us just to give us a try.  Please let us know in advance if the client is a veteran.
